Senine Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates applications available on the Apple App Store (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Our Apps are designed to collect as little information as possible. Depending on the specific App, we may collect:
- Device and usage data — such as device type, operating system version, and general app usage, used only to diagnose crashes and improve performance.
- Information you voluntarily provide — such as content you enter within the App, or details you send us directly via email (e.g., support requests).
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect precise location, contacts, or other sensitive device data unless a specific App explicitly requests it for a core feature, in which case that request is disclosed at the point of use.
Garden Nonogram
Garden Nonogram collects no information of any kind. That is not a policy we could quietly change in a future update without telling you: the app contains no networking code at all, so it has no means of sending anything anywhere.
- No analytics and no crash reporting. The app contains no third-party software development kits of any kind.
- No advertising. There are no adverts, and no advertising or tracking identifiers are read or stored.
- No account. There is nothing to sign in to, and you are never asked for an email address or any other personal detail.
- No permissions. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or notifications.
Everything the app remembers — which puzzles you have solved, how your garden is arranged, and your settings — is stored only on your own device, and is removed when you delete the app. Because none of it is ever transmitted, we hold no copy of it: there is nothing for us to disclose, export, or delete on request, and nothing that could be exposed if our systems were ever compromised.
The Information We Collect section above describes what our Apps may collect in general. None of it applies to Garden Nonogram.
How We Use Information

- To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
- To respond to support requests you send us
- To meet legal obligations where applicable
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps may use limited third-party services (for example, crash reporting or analytics tools) to help us understand app stability and performance. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes. We do not control third-party providers' own privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies directly if you have concerns.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information collected. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
